I had a really great experience with Mr. Rooter Plumbing. I had a clog in my pipes and was able to easily make the appointment online for a time that worked for me.
They came when they said they would and called ahead to confirm and also sent a picture of the plumber so that I felt safer with the experience. I really liked that!
Dakota was the plumber and he explained an estimate for the cost based on what he thought the problem was so that I could know how much the cost was before they did the work. Loved that too!

Outstanding service! I called Mr Rooter plumbing because of a total loss of water pressure with my well. Richard came out that day to diagnose the problem. He immediately identified the cause and temporarily fixed it. Due to the poor condition of the lines/tank and knowing it was it was 30 years old we decided to replace the system. Richard arranged to come back the next day and completed the repairs. He was the consummate professional! He kept me informed every step of the way, provided insight to the system, made recommended changes to improve my access, and dealt with very challenging conditions in both the well and crawl space. Dakota knows his stuff. He came in and took a look at what was going on. He told us what was needed and the price. We agreed and he got to work. About an hour later he was done and told us we needed something more. He gave us an estimate. Again we agreed and he set up the appointment for us. He did not clean up after himself, left the bathroom a mess.
