Priority 1 is a great company to work for. They have great management, training program and terrific benefits. They are also strict on holding staff accountable on their attendance, training, performance and uniforms. For people that like to call out often or show up to work out of uniform, not follow their post orders, etc. this company isn't for you.
Great company and has been ranked as one of the best security companies in NJ and NY. Company offers a competitive salary with a benefits package which includes medical, dental, vision and 401k package.
I miss working for Priority 1. The management team was great and my district manager was on point. They held everyone accountable. I can't wait to go back and work for them.
