I came to this store after my USB stick broke apart. (The metal part that goes into your computer physically broke apart from the rest of the device.) The person at the store (Ray) went above and beyond to help fix it. He managed to get the chip (with the data) readable so I could retrieve my information. I am so grateful to him & the store. If it had not been for his help, I would have had to spend between $500 to $1,000 to get the device repaired. Their price was very reasonable and they really took the time to help me recover the data from my damaged USB stick. I would highly recommend using their service. I needed my all in one dell desktop cmos battery changed. I'm glad I took my desktop to this place. They provided excellent service, very promptly, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this place. They have reasonable/fair prices. 5 star service! My desktop computer works now! Thank you!
