From start to finish, our experience with No Shorts Electric Inc was fantastic. Rachel, who initially took my call and all my calls related to our job, was friendly, courteous and extremely helpful in getting an appointment for a free estimate at the time we requested as well as setting up our job appointment at a time we could be there for without inconveniencing us. Mike, the owner, met us on time for our estimate and was friendly, informative and straightforward about resolving our problem.
