This place has very bad Customer service. They didn’t want to accept me, I only needed one nail fixed and they said they didn’t want to do my nails. I said I’ll pay any amount I just need my nail fixed asap because I was going out. I asked why are they refusing my service and they just kept saying no we aren’t doing one nail. What type of nail salon can’t fix one nail??? They told me get out or they will call the cops on me. Call the cops on me for what when all I did was ask why are they refusing my service. Worst all I walked in and they didn’t even greet me. The lady asked me what do I want instead of saying hello or how may I help you. Very rude and racist!

This nail salon is an absolute disaster. I can't emphasize enough how terrible my experience was. First of all, they didn't provide several of the services that were clearly listed on their menu. It's false advertising at its worst. More than likely due to the fact that they are ridiculously slow.But the real nightmare was the excruciating 4-hour wait I endured, only to be subjected to a rushed, slapdash job. It was as if they were trying to break a record for how quickly they could get me out the door, sacrificing any semblance of quality.To top it all off, they had the audacity to pressure me into tipping for this abysmal service. I wish I could give zero stars! This place is the worst! Bad customer service and rude staff. If you get there 45 min before they close they cuss you out in English and then try to rope other customers (in this case me) into their rude behavior by pointing out ‘how stupid that person could be for coming at this time'. It's straight out bullying. When I went they had their Price list completely hidden from view. Everybody looks at you as you walk in and there's no good reception. So instead of looking like a straight out fool, you ask the closest person what a gel manicure would cost. They respond in unintelligible English. It takes a while for you to process and translate whatever they said in your head. If you dare ask ‘pardon me?' You get the response shouted over and over accompanied by an eyeroll and a barrage of Chinese (I know in my gut that those are cuss words) to the other staff.
