I wanted to express my sincere gratitude for Ms. Sushma Jha (Air India). I arrived at JFK (T4) on Air India Flight 119 from Mumbai, traveling alone with my baby and several bags. Due to a delay, we missed our JetBlue connection at T5, but Ms. Sushma handled everything with remarkable care and efficiency.

Ms. Sushma jha ( Air India/ jetway ) aviation service helped me alot in rebooking the ticket again so that I got my ticket again with other time. Ms. Sushma jha mam helped me till the end asking for airline to get my flight ticket again. Her attitude towards the passenger is very polite and very care finding. Service to the fellow passengers should be like her so that every person can be happy traveling with the airline. A big Thanks to Sushma mam.
