Great experience with the entire staff, from the front office to the dental staff, including the x-ray, hygienist and doctors. Sally, Kate, Val and Jackie, just to mention a few names. The entire staff is very friendly and treats their patients like family. They are very respectful and demonstrates professionalism in all aspects of their care. The place is very clean and welcoming. Awesome place and awesome experience.

I liked the service that provided by the dentist and the hygienist here they are great, what I cannot take is the misinformation that was provided with, I clearly asked what my co payment will be for the service when I called two days before my appointment since the first time I was only told of it when I was in the dentist chair. I was told one amount and I had my co payment and only to get there in the dentist chair to be told its another amount . That is upsetting and pissed me off if because I have to be able to pay it for the service to be render, if it was not for Dr. Shapiro, the wonderful assistants, Dr. Kline and the fact that I could not tolerate pain....read full review

I came in for a root canal. Once I was sat down in the dentist's chair I was told that I have a previous balance of just under $500 plus my work that day will be another $400 after insurance.This all had to be paid that day!!!The manager expressed they sent medical/dental bills in the mail. I explained that I add that to the pile of medical bills for a family of 4 and pay them accordingly, BUT to let me know this while I'm in the chair about to have work done AND after requesting a day off of work was unfair.I don't have that $ on me or anywhere, so am I to go back home?At the moment this news really broke me.
