If I could give 0 stars, I would. I had a horrible experience here. The woman doing my hair was very unpleasant, repeatedly mentioning how my hair was “way too long, and too thick”, and how difficult it was to blowout my hair. I heard constant complaints during what is otherwise usually a fun, relaxing experience for me. Yes, I have long and thick hair, but NEVER has any hairstylist complained about it in such a rude way. Is this not the service I am paying for? Why are you complaining in such a manner? And, to top it all off, she charged me $80!!!!!!! for a simple wash and blow! This salons customer service is awful. They skip customers purposefully no matter how long you’ve been waiting. They are very aggressive with their clients and just all and all need to work on their customer service!!!

Worst customer service and also expensive. They burned my skull and they lack professionalism. They act as if they hate their job, serving with an attitude as if you were not paying for “the service.”
