I'd arranged to pick up the Valentine's Flowers on the 13th, in case we were out the next day. But on the 13th we were in the hospital and I couldn't get them. Called Central and they very generously refundered me. Today I was finally able to pick up my wife's Valentines flowers, and she loves them.
Thank you to the Central Florist staff for their grace and kindness during a difficult time for my family. They did a beautiful job with the arrangements for my grandfather’s funeral.
My mother wanted to get me a bouquet for my wedding but it was only a few hours before the ceremony, and Lisa came through at the last minute with a beautiful bouquet and boutonnière! My mom said Lisa was friendly, professional and demonstrated outstanding customer service. We will definitely be using Central Florist for any of our future floral needs ?
