The staff is known for thorough examinations and excellent communication. Many customers are willing to travel long distances for the quality of service, valuing the honest and updated information provided about their pets' health. They are accommodating with scheduling and the front desk staff and technicians are knowledgeable and friendly. The veterinarians are patient and willing to answer all questions, ensuring clients understand and are comfortable with treatment decisions. They are also very kind and helpful, with one client noting they were able to get a same day appointment and were seen quickly.
Dr. Kittell's office checks all the boxes. The service I received was always professional and caring. Having had a lot of different pets and veterinarians over the years, he is the best when it comes to service and helpfulness. If there's an issue, he explains to you in a comprehensive way so that you understand the situation and your options. I cannot recommend him and his staff enough.
I can't say enough about this practice. We brought our dog Gia there for as long as I can remember and they always greeted her as if she lived there. When we had to make the unfortunate decision to put her down, there was no one I would rather my pet be surrounded by than the employees of Hoof n Paw. I will forever recommend them to anyone who wants a quality of care I have yet to see before or since. I would leave 10 stars if I could
