From terribly stained clothes to repairs, I only use Sir Francis because I know everything will be correct. Recently, I needed a shirt I put in for dry cleaning but the office was closed. “New to the area and was in search of a new dry cleaner. Van Tassel was convenient, cost effective and great work. I got 4 items dry cleaned, a jumpsuit, skirt and 2 shirts. Came out to about $44, not bad! Also was done within the week if you need a quick turnaround. I also had a pair of pants taken in at the wait, almost a whole size smaller. The seamstress did a great job and the pants are like new! Would definitely recommend her if you need anything adjusted. Overall, would definitely recommend for your dry cleaning or alternation needs.“

I had an emergency when I couldn’t pick up my clothes on Saturday as scheduled, and of course, I had a wedding to attend on Sunday — but the store was closed. My wife started calling any number she could find, and miraculously, we reached an employee who was incredibly kind and understanding. Within minutes, he called us back and told us the owner would meet us at the store in 10–15 minutes.

On a Sunday, the owner himself came out to help us — that’s true customer service! I can’t thank them enough for going above and beyond. Excellent service all around. Highly recommend Evergreen Cleaners!

“This place is absolutely fantastic. Today, I was feverishly looking for someone who can do same day alterations to a new suit that i needed for tomorrow. First off, their sewing machine was broken, so they called in a favor from a friend. Not sure if they borrowed a machine or if the friend did the work - but either way, they found a way to get it done. BUT it doesn't stop there.It was 10:30am and I had to leave for work by 1pm. They were not going to be done until around 4:30, giving me no shot at picking it up (and tomorrow is Sunday!) Seeing how much I was in need of getting this suit done and back, they offered to drop it off at my house for me! I don't know if this is a typical service they provide, but they knew I needed help and they were there. She said to me "I can tell you need some help, so we'll take care of you!" I had never met them before. Just cold called them off of Google. They are now my go-to cleaners. Give them a try if you are local. Class act. Genuine caring people.“

I was honestly very annoying to the lady about having it done in time for me to try on before my prom to which I was met with nothing but smiles and head nods.
