Ashley was so easy to work with and was always quick to respond either via email or telephone. The hair/makeup team we had for my wedding day (Veronica, Sam, Kailynn, and Renny) were incredibly professional and super friendly! They were very efficient with using an appropriate amount of time for each person and made sure we had plenty of time for touch-ups. My girls loved how their hair and makeup came out, and they all looked beautiful. Samantha did my makeup and I am still so impressed with how absolutely flawless it was. Everyone's hair/makeup also stayed put through pictures in the rain and a night's worth of dancing- not something we expected, but it's a clear indicator of this team's talent, expertise, and dedication to their work. After the hot oil scalp massage, I got an another massage with my hair wash followed by a fabulous blow dry. All the ladies were so kind and the atmosphere was nothing but great. I had a nice cappuccino and left feeling relaxed with a great blowout. The owner also introduced herself and was so kind. I went in with 6 months of roots growing out and Dila recommended a more natural highlight treatment that didn't use bleach (which I love since I have very fine and breakable hair). It turned out so beautifully, I think this is probably my favorite color yet and I've been dyeing my hair for 8 years! The color blends very naturally with my roots.
