James Franchi and his team did an exceptional job refinishing my floors and I am THRILLED!!!! They are professional, take pride in their work, and are eager to please the customer. James is a true artist with a wonderful aesthetic sense. He goes above and beyond to please the customer. James was very patient with me as I selected a color, and was more than happy to show me how the colors would actually look on the floor by creating samples on my floors. James refinished our floors. Whenever we have visitors, they comment on how nice the floors look. James was a pleasure to work with as he was always happy to show us how different sealers and finishes would look by creating samples on our floors, and custom made some of his own sealers,one of which we ended up going with. He was very patient and had a pleasant attitude. He did this before we closed on the house - the sellers, who had hired him before, agreed to this because they trusted him. We highly recommend him.
