CARNELL Engineering is a professional inspection company for both homes and commercial properties. They are amazing to work with and provide very professional service and advice. Inspections are scheduled quickly and performed promptly. The inspectors are thorough, quite knowledgeable, and communicate detailed explanations well to clients. Reports are thorough and received quickly. The team is accommodating, responsive, friendly, and puts clients at ease. Customers highly recommend their services, plan to use them again, and consider them a go-to inspection company that shines above the rest.
Carnell did a great job inspecting a number of properties for me. They're more than able to take on commercial properties, are very professional and the reports are thorough. They are my go-to inspection company. Donna in the office is always upbeat and gets the inspections scheduled quickly. Tom is one of the best inspectors I have ever worked with. He's thorough, quite knowledgeable, and communicates well to clients on the subject matter.

Like many, my wife and I have been looking for a new home for over a year. In that time we have had 3 inspection all with CARNELL. They have been the one company we have worked that has shined above the rest. Mike and Donna were always accommodating every time I called, and Tom combed through every property we considered with a fine tooth comb. I cannot not highly recommend them enough.
