Steve called me after I asked for referrals from Angi. He said he would go to my house that evening and call me back. That was 2 weeks ago. I had called him that Wednesday and he didn't seem at all interested in getting the estimate but said he would. Twelve days later, I still haven't heard from him. I will not be hiring him.
