Little Seed Gardens is committed to making the world a better place by using organic farming methods to preserve the land while providing the healthiest possible produce to their customers. Every Saturday we make a special trip to the Little Seed Gardens stand at the Pleasantville Farmers' market in Pleasantville New York. They delight us with freshly picked vegetables -- often interesting varieties like the beautiful Italian kale we found there last week. I can hardly wait to see what they offer this week.
