My name is Angela Meglio and I started training at Atlas over two years ago.This was one of the best decisions I have ever made in my life and I mean that in every sense of the word.Prior to Atlas I was very self-conscious, had low confidence and was dealing with some mental blocks after negative experiences in my life as a young woman. I began training and realized my strength and potential. Coach Edward Anthony and all of my teammates were the most supportive and respectful men I had ever encountered.
