Upstate Family Health Center provides primary care services with a focus on quality and person-centered care. The doctors, including Doctor Liu, are easy to talk to, thorough, and caring. The staff is generally very nice, although the front desk could improve their response to phone calls. Despite occasional busyness, patients leave feeling informed and cared for. The nurses are helpful, and the office provides efficient and respectful care. Patients feel heard, cared for, and valued, both mentally and physically, and appreciate the kindness and compassion shown by the staff.
Honestly,it took me many years with other doctors & NP's( basically was just seen as an addition to their paycheck,treated like an inhumane guinea pig!) This clinic is awesome, no long wait in waiting room,staff is cool& I finally found the health care provider I've been looking for!! Zawsai Aung is stuck with me now!! He knows exactly what he's doing,gives eye contact & understanding..not just sitting far away typing on laptop! Patient, thorough & basically I leave there feeling like a human who's cared for not just another paycheck!!Only drawback for me is the phone situation.
Dr. Liu is one of the nicest and friendliest professionals I have encountered. He listens and is very attentive to the needs of the patient. He doesn't rush and answers all questions. After a lengthy search for a primary physician, I'm more than happy to be under his treatment. The staff are kind and very helpful. Thank you Aksana for answering all my concerns, you are wonderful. The entire office is a blessing!! I highly recommend Upstate Family!!
I've been going to this Practice since I moved here from Chicago, I was going to the one in Rome Ny but that office is no longer in Rome, so they switched me to their other office in Utica, and I have a New Doctor his Name Is Micheal Babula and when I say he's a outright Good Doctor, He understands the body language in his patients and it makes him realize when someone is uncomfortable about a situation, medical diagnosis, or problems, He listens first and then observes to access a possible solution, I'm Grateful to have a Doctor with such Wisdom, Knowledge, and Understanding,I hope nothing but the Best for him in his Present and Future with his Career and Family 🙏🏿❤️
