Jania is the most professional hair stylist I have ever met. Every time I visit I know that she’ll always give me a color and style that I will absolutely love. She takes care to listen to my wishes and is always kind and welcoming. I would recommend sending others to her as I know how professional she is. I had just moved here and trust very few people with my hair. I had went to a high end salon who messed up my hair, So I decided I would give BRITTANY O'ROURKE a chance at smartstyle in Utica, NY. Mind you also my own mother is a hair dresser and Im that picky that she don't like doing it. But Brittany y'all is AMAZING!!! Amazing is and understatement! I can literally take any picture to her and say I want this color and she delivers! Bibi is the best. She is amazing. I did not have a particular cut or color in mind. I was looking for something to keep the gray from being so obvious all the time. She made suggestions and I chose a silver grayish color. Oh my! She did such a great job. Everyone loves my hair. It does take quite a while to have done but that is the only downside !!
