Hector was pleasant and helpful. He came about 8 times. We had sooooo many carpenter bee nests and he worked diligently to treat them. In the end, there seem to be a few nests left but a few out of about 30 is pretty good.

We have regular monthly inspections and are very pleased with the tech that services our hotel. He is very knowledgeable, polite and efficient. We had a wasp problem this past summer, he came the next day and eradicated them very quickly, they did not return.

Brandon, Ali and Dave have been terrific - they communicated very well and kept me informed as to what they found and the solutions. They also checked and double-checked their work to make sure they didn’t miss anything. I really feel like I’m in good hands with their work!
