I went with my step mom and our experiences couldn't have been any more different. While all the staff was kind, the massage quality varied from one therapist to the other. My therapist used very little pressure and worked on massaging ONE of my arms for more time than anything else ?. I asked for a lot of pressure and to focus on my lower back. She barely touched my lower back and it is just as sore and tight as when I went in. She also massaged on my upper inner thigh and I didn't particularly enjoy that so I didn't spread my legs open as far as she wanted me to apparently because at the end she told me I'm not very flexible so I should come back so she can work on...read full review
