Mike was fantastic to work with from start to finish. We build a modular home with American Homes and hired MLB Contracting to build an attached garage. His involvement in the project quickly evolved to make customizations in our modular home in addition to the garage build.I’ve worked with many contractors during the construction of our new home and Mike was by far the best to work with. I quickly discovered that communication wasn’t a strength in this profession. That wasn’t the case with Mike. Calls, texts, and emails were promptly responded to any time of the day. Mike did a great job on my roof. He was responsive, answered all of my questions and followed through on everything he promised. I would recommend him to anyone looking to have a roof replaced.

We recently used MLB for our full gut bathroom remodel and couldn't be happier! We called 5 contractors and MLB was by far the most reasonable, professional, and also willing to start the job the earliest based on my schedule. Michael and his crew were very respectful and dedicated to completing the job in timely manner and making sure everything was done properly. MLB was by far the best with responsiveness and communication compared to any other contractor I've dealt with in the past. MLB will definitely get my business again and I would encourage anyone that needs a contractor to call MLB first!
