“Mike and Dennis came out to help troubleshoot a very intermittent, whole-house light flickering issue, after Nat Grid had been out several times. They spent about an hour, but we didn't see it and couldn't recreate it. They didn't charge me, although I would have been happy to pay, as they methodically walked me through the troubleshooting. When it happened again, I saw that it was an arching transformer. Nat Grid fixed it. Mike called back for a follow-up. I told him the issue was resolved and offered to pay for their services. He still didn't charge me. Mike and Dennis were very professional and helpful, and could/should have charged me, but didn't. They will be the first I call if I ever need an electrician again. Highly recommended.“
