Daughter got glasses last year from this office and they refused to do their job and call for authorization for repairs and leaves it on the client to call Davis Vision (Fidelis Vision)
Excellent doctor and diagnostician! Went to many eye doctors with same problem over 40 years to no avail until I saw Dr Kirkpatrick. He knew what it was right away and helped me! Excellent!
Have been going to Dr. Kirkpatrick for many years and am always pleased with his services. Not only was he his usual pleasant self with a full examination, but the person at the desk really reviewed my insurance policies to make sure that I got the very best price. I'm saddened that Covid shut down Dr. Kirkpatrick's other offices and hope that he continues to service the loyal patients in this area for many years to come!
