Our vehicle started having problems 60mi away from Utica 12am the night before Thanksgiving. For four hours we were turned down by every tow company until the owner himself drove down to give us a tow. He was honest, caring and incredibly helpful. This was set up thru a different company and it was not communicated on various issues to the driver, luckily the driver was an Awesome person all around and made arrangements for us so we were not stranded in the rain to figure something out to get home. He took very good care of our vehicle as well!If I could give 10 stars I would!!
