Reviews are always helpful information especially in areas where you are not familiar with… which is primarily why I am writing a review. Parsons & Sprague Monument is a local business located across from Greenfield cemetery. Ralph was the reason I didn’t need to look anywhere else. He is genuinely a very nice, caring and compassionate person. He patiently listened and explained everything with simplicity making the process of this dreadful time so much easier. I am also a strong believer of supporting local businesses, especially when they go above and beyond.

Have used Parson's and Sprague several times for our Pets.. Price was better than others, service was exceptional. Ralph is a gentleman and make a difficult time more bearable.
