I've been coming here for years. They are quick and thorough and have a large selection of frames to choose from. My only complaint is with the woman who fits the frames and does the adjustments. I brought my clearly bent glasses here and she was convinced that the problem was inside the bow when the bow was clearly bent at the hinge.
Not pleased that, though confirmed in-network with my insurance, the exam I received was not covered as expected. I was not told any part of the exam was optional or not covered until it was time to pay and would have declined the portion that was not covered.
Also, the prescription I received didn't include the values for near vision even though I stated that I wear reading glasses. I was told I could convert the bifocal prescription myself.
