“Excellent barber salon. Walked right in and was seated immediately and served by Louie. He was a very pleasant gentleman and cut my hair and shaved the outline and back of the neck with expertise. Great lather machine, very sharp straight razor, and skilled hand. I also got served an espresso. I don’t have a lot of hair and see a barber weekly, so not sure if that’s why, but the price he charged me was surprisingly low and I tipped more than 50% for the great experience. I’m from out of town, but will go to Frankie’s again without hesitation when I’m back in town. Thank you.“

What really sets them apart is how detail-oriented they are. I’m trying an entirely new style; I’ve always done buzz cuts. (I’m in my late 20’s and been doing buzz since high school.) Jorge, with the help of my minimal Spanish and another patron, was so on point; I’m so happy with how it turned out. And of course, thank you for always asking about my Jewish heritage! “After years of searching for a decent Barber, I found Albert’s shop and have been hooked. The shop is small, clean, bright, and efficient. I have only ever had Albert cut my hair. He is incredibly friendly and calm and we have had some nice conversations. Even though I only come 3-4 times a year, (I only cut every 3 months or so) I am still remembered. Fair prices and friendly staff. Definitely worth setting up an appointment here.“

“The salon is the first class operation in every respect. They have traffic in here all the time and they cut hair for men. It's a very upbeat place to be in and they offer you coffee and chocolate delights out the wazoo. They're very professional, kind and considerate. I will say they are expensive but that's a salon for you. They have very clean bathrooms and a charming staff. There's adequate street parking with meters. You can either enter from the front or from the rear. It certainly worth a trip if you're looking for a new beautician, hair coloring, or even your nails. It's an accommodating place.“
