I went to get my eyebrows cleaned up. I had very thick eyebrows with a great shape and told the woman I would like to keep the shape. She completely ruined my shape and thickness. My eyebrows are now completely different shapes and sizes. When I told her they are different shapes and way too thin she said “no it’s good, $10.” I would recommend staying as far away from this place as possible. I will never be going back.Service: Waxing

my nails looked nice but they didn’t tell me the shape i got costed extra until after they were done, i would’ve gotten a different shape if i knew i would have to pay more. the nail tech also got up and left after starting my nails so i had to wait 40 minutes until they started doing my nails again

i showed her a picture of my nails and she gave me a completely different shape. Didn’t even ask me or anything, just assumed what shape I wanted. Hated the nails and had to do them at home. Unprofessional.
