“They were great as soon as I walked in the person at the desk took care of me. He was very friendly , caring. He then escorted me to a room where I only had to wait a few minutes, and the doctor came in and assessed the situation went over everything that we were going to do and said a nurse would be in to do vitals and etc.. She came in ….same thing absolutely wonderful Very caring and very sweet. ! I actually had a deep cup with a knife while making dinner and they fixed it up quickly appropriately and explained every step along the way! Absolutely recommend!!! They were great.“

“I took a picture of my 91 year old mom in the exam room next to the beautiful mural. She never smiles. But she was smiling last night at Drakos Cicero after having a tick removed from her head. And the bugger was still alive!
