I had a great shopping experience today with quick service. Hannah, the associate who assisted me, was incredibly kind and helpful. She informed me about additional rewards in the app that I wasn't aware of, saving me $20! The staff was excellent, and I received fantastic recommendations from the floor team. I ended up purchasing some Clinique skincare products after trying a tester with a beauty expert!

What a world of difference ! Let me tell you I used to avoid this particular ultra location like the plague but the last few months the store has been a total 360 stuff is stocked on time and if they don’t have it out the gentlemen who I think is one of the new managers will go look into it - super helpful and such a breath of fresh air going there now

Sarah was great when helping me at the register! I rarely get a retail associate going above and beyond and truly feel I got that from Sarah!! I wasn’t having the best shopping experience because another associate seemed like she was annoyed I asked for help and just seemed unhappy, but Sarah really saved this experience for me.
