Finished product is great! Very happy with how it turned out, their workers were very friendly and had great customer service. For the ladies, they were not creepy at all, I've had some service people who made me feel really uneasy. Whatever you want they sent out was very professional. The only thing I wasn't the happiest about was how long it took and there wasn't the best communication. I started the process in May and my fence got finished in the beginning of September. I know getting supplies and would not have been crazy since covid so I'm not sure if this had anything to do with it... I would have liked some updates though, maybe that's just my anxiety talking...read full review

We just had our ornamental aluminum fence installed around our pool, and it looks great! Tim and Collin were very professional, efficient, and informative. Thank you Cameron and Joey AKA “Tex” and “Pinky” for doing the adjustment / repair to our fence today. It was done to our satisfaction and you gave us advice on future care/ adjustments to the gates when winter season causes ‘heaving’ and misalignment to the gates and hinges. The response from office staff was delayed for a while….but, today everyone at Syracuse Fence came through to get this accomplished and put us back in good service.
