Syracuse Eye Center is known for its professional and understanding staff, including Dr. Torrales and staff members like Sherry and Mr. Spiwak. The exams, like the one conducted by Dr. Petrela, are thorough and attentive to individual and family medical history. They offer easy parking, including accommodations for those with disabilities. Patients appreciate their kindness, efficiency, and the personalized attention they receive during appointments.
The work seems fine, but I had to sit in the room literally for one hour between the assistant leaving and the second person coming in to examine my eyes, and that was not the doctor yet! They also gave me wrong prescriptions! I had to call them later to make sure that was written inaccurately!
Polite, understanding stuff and very professional Dr. Torrales. Saying hi and thank you to Sherry, she helped me through the whole process of transferring to them from the last optics and choosing glasses.
Very pleased with Syracuse Eye Center. Staff friendly, helpful, and thorough. Exam by Dr. Petrela was very thorough especially given my and my family history. Their parking is easy convenient especially for those with disabilities.
