The shop here is great positive people they treat owners good the Jonestown crew could learn a lot from these guys.
I live 5 minutes from Jonestown PA and would rather come here I’m not sure why they treat drivers so poorly and specially hate owners. Honestly it’s been like that for a long time and deep ingrained behavior that passes on to anyone new that shop gets.
But way to go Syracuse you guys are really good folks and honestly try to help everyone positive experience A+
Been around Syracuse a few times only realized this terminal was a thing recently. It’s well organized and has a lot of spaces for parking, the people here are very friendly and it was easy to navigate around and find what I needed.The only reason it’s not perfect is because the terminal is outdated, they have a few seats in the lounge, vending machines for snacks as well as food, a treadmill with a bike in the lounge (weird) as well as showers with washers and dryers. Not a bad stop at all
I like this terminal because the employees are friendly always I can find an empty trailer. Their lot is large so can easily find parking. They have one shower and two bathrooms per sex with two washers and 2 dryers. It's basic.
