Very pleasant experience. Then general manager even showed up to help with possible language barrier as well as help with the discount of 10% I was texted versus $35 off on the website. He took the time to calculate and said 10% was better for me. Much appreciated. Two large wool area rugs were done in 1 hour. Plus 1 upholstered chair and another chair seat cushion. Will call them again plus drop off smaller rugs at their facility.

I called Stanley Steemer to shampoo a white boucle fabric couch that was heavily soiled, and honestly, I wasn’t sure it could even be saved. I was beyond impressed with the results, my couch looks night and day different, truly a 100% improvement. It looks worlds better, and I can now continue getting great use out of it instead of having to replace it.
Killian was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was professional, polite, kind, and communicated everything clearly from start to finish. He answered all of my questions, explained the process thoroughly, and made sure I understood what to expect.
We had 5 rooms cleaned and a hallway and they were done in an hour ! They did a great job , very polite and went right to work. We’ve had the carpet over 16 years and never had it cleaned and they got all the stains out . We’re very happy and it was only $230??. We will definitely call them again !
