The only reason they get a 2 star is because the dentists are great. If you need a referral though you are S.O.L. It took 2 week of calling for the first referral that should have taken up to 2 days. Now for this current referral it has taken a week and a half and still not properly sent over. I have to spend well over an hour a day just hoping I can schedule an appointment. Was told that a manager would call me by the end of last week and nothing. It shouldn’t be my job to call back and forth every single day. I would just like the services done that need to be done.
I had to make an appointment for an emergency visit there was a mix up and they made sure to see me and quickly !! They are very personable and I definitely recommend for anyone in a emergency situation or new dentist ?????Big thanks to the receptionist and nurse and dr that saw me
Myself and my child have been coming here for a couple of years now, yes it's a busy place and the dentists are students but the staff is friendly and gets the job done. They clean mine and my child's teeth, do fluoride treatments for her and answer any questions. I had one filling done by a student dentist a while ago, her and her assistant were very helpful in helping me stay calm during the procedure. If you are consistent about coming to appointments it's a good place to go.
