I'm trying to get in contact with someone at SpaZend and it seems both the website and phone are no longer connected. I had a membership with the spa prior to COVID, they stopped charging me my month fee but I never received any communication from them. I have a gift certificate that I've been waiting to use until COVID was more under control ($200), and now I cannot reach anyone for assistance. Posting here in hopes that SpaZend management will reach out to me regarding this issue.

One of the best facials I’ve ever had, Jenna was amazing. I came in needing some relaxation and she kept it quiet and relaxing (I hate when it’s constant conversation during the session). The products left my face so soft and clean. Definitely coming back!!
