If they replace all the the administrators they could potentially be a good company for whom to work. HR kept telling us we didn't get sick pay which is NYS law. I had to prove it to them and therefore lost a few sick days because it took months to explain the law to them. Road patrol never answers the phone. They never cover shifts and therefore lose contacts. But I liked my spot when I worked for them. I was supposed to stay on per diem when I found a more stable full-time job with full benefits but received a termination letter. Admin is a disaster. Good place to get started if you're a new guard or want to become a guard.
