I originally had to reschedule my appointment that was with D’andrea Massard due to a family emergency. When I reached back out, the stylist told me to pick a time. I gave her the exact time I was available, but she never confirmed it. Hours after the appointment time had already passed, she finally responded. At that point I asked for my deposit back, since her lack of confirmation made me miss out on getting my hair done before I leave town.
