From the scheduling of my appointment to check in, triage, exam and checkout everyone was amazing. The staff, nurses and doctors were all and compassionate and non judgmental. The facility is very clean and the atmosphere is calming. I went to this facility as there was no lengthy wait time to get in. It's sad the controversy and criticism Planned Parenthoods get due to the fact they perform abortions. What's sad is the ignorance of some people. Planned Parenthood offers so many other services that are vital to women's health of all ages. They also offer free things as well to women and children and I think that's pretty cool. The staff there is wonderful. They make sure you know what is going on and that you are completely comfortable with the process.Only thing I wish was different is I hate going through a answering service to get appointments change or questions answered. Wish I could contact directly.
I do NOT leave reviews ever- but the service I received at this Planned Parenthood deserves it. I arrived with the typical protesters outside, leaving me with more anxiety than I came with. The second I stepped into this PP I felt immediate relief and comfort. Every single person along the way was incredibly kind and attentive. I touched base with about 8 (yes, 8!) staff throughout my appointment process (from front desk to nurses and doctors) and I always felt so safe and completely heard. Aside from the comfort the staff brought me, they are all very knowledgeable and I never felt like anything was done only half way.
