“I shattered my elbow skiing and had surgery to fix it with plates and screws. When I showed up at Achieve, I could not bend my elbow amore than 10 degrees. After only about 2 months, I am now able to get it nearly straight and bend it pretty much like normal - that's over 140 degrees and even more mobility than the surgeon told me I'd get back!
