I just had a new sliding glass door replaced on my 1920 stucco house. The job was a difficult both inside and out. John, the rep that I met with knew of my concerns, wanting preserve the woodwork around the door and the integrity of the house as much as I could . I worked with John throughout the weeks while I was waiting for the door to come in to figure out a way to preserve my woodwork. He was very patient with me. I could see that he wanted to make sure that I was satisfied. That was what kept me with Pella.

We have had very positive experiences with James M. Alo. He is very polite, patient and professional. He put our needs in his mind. He answered our questions and addressed our concerns. He offered great advices that we even did not expect. He is very detail oriented and trying to understand our needs.
James Alo was very informational, honest and answered every question with patience. Spent as much time as we needed. Got the vinyl 250 windows and liked the hidden screen feature. We are excited and looking forward in getting our new windows soon.
