After a tree in my backyard fell on my house, damaging my roof, garage and chimney, and some minor interior wall damage, I hired Sam Smith. His business name "with Integrity" is accurate. He made the repairs needed, sticking exactly to the plan we worked out together. He finished in under the time expected, and that's with taking 2 days off in between. His pricing was fair, and did not go over budget. He was also the quickest to quote out of 5 others I contacted. Would highly recommend and hire again if I need more work!

Sam and Dale were absolutely great to work with. I communicated with Sam in advance via phone and text and explained the projects that I wanted help with. We discussed in detail and I knew what I was responsible for, and what Sam would be purchasing. Sam even went out of his way to help and pick up material for me that I was responsible for because I couldn’t transport the 48x96 panel board sheets in the poor winter weather. Dale busted his butt tackling the two different projects (basement wall and small ceiling with access panels in both) as well as the basement bathroom faucet replacement. Sam was fantastic! He showed up the day he said he would, was super communicative, and incredibly kind when we had to reschedule after forgetting to leave the paint out. He was professional, easy to work with, and did an excellent job painting our soffit—it looks great! We couldn’t be happier with the results and would definitely hire him again.
