Tung did my nails nice but they all either popped off or chipped/cracked within a week of getting them done, would not recommend going here. I had to use glue to put them back on. The lady that did my pedicure was super rough, she kept nipping my skin with the buffer drill& really didn’t care when I told her to please be a little bit more careful. For $120 I could’ve spent elsewhere& received better quality/service; will not be going back.

It is illegal to demand that customers pay for a service before it is provided. This was my first visit, and the Asian woman and man here were not friendly. I was asked what I wanted and given a mask and pointed to a seat. When the woman was ready, she was very curt. She barked out orders to me, telling me to move up more as she pointed to a sign that said that I must pay in advance. Then, she continued to rant that their shop has been there 50 years, which is a lie since I am a native of Syracuse, and everyone has always paid in advance. Rude. Never been there before and was never told that white tips cost more. Was told after the tips were applied. Tips also didn't cover the original nail. Definitely will not be going back.
