Great calming space. Really happy I went. Very relaxing staff & experience. Was traveling from out if town and it was rainy & cold so no one other customers were there the first hour which I loved. Nails look pretty too!

It's the first nail salon I ever went to and they were very nice to me! They weren't mad when I took so so so long to pick out a nail color, lol I'm very undecisive! I love how my nails look when I leave there!

My new go to!!! Ive tried a few places and was dedicated to a particular newer salon for about 5 months, but they were very impersonal and unfriendly. I called it quits after they kept rescheduling on me and put me with a different tech than I specifically scheduled for bc they were overbooked and he did an awful job and argued with me when i asked him to fix spots where he completely missed. Im SO GLAD I found Lotus!!! Scheduling was super easy!! They took me right away when I got in for it (no 30 min waits even with an appt like the other place), and were SO friendly!!!
