had a power issue at our Syracuse, NY Site and it took down some equipment when the power came back on the equipment didn't. Called Locksmith Express and with in 20 min they were onsite and had management in the room, 10 min later all the Equipment onsite was powered up.. saved us a ton in the long run!! thanks for your prompt speedy service. we will be calling again!!!

Got locked out of my house with my 9 month old daughter with us, he came in about 30 min from Syracuse to Liverpool and after unlocking our door, he fixed my wooden steps that were a little loose. Great guy and business, would highly recommend for anyone with lock issues.

Phenomenal service. Tech came out same day and fixed our broken lock fast. When it turned out we needed a different style of lock he came back and replaced it for no additional charge. The whole time he was very responsive to my texts and easy to work with. Great, reliable, trustworthy, honest company I couldn’t recommend more highly
