Initially signed up and first two people who were suppose to mow the lawn kept rescheduling. I needed it done fairly soon. I called and they got someone asap and william got there in a timely fashion and did a great job. Lawn looked great, glad I didn't have to do it.
We went on vacation and on our way home my husband got called away to work - when I arrived home our lawn was very tall - I googled and found LawnStarter - and within 2 days I had a lawn care specialist assigned who showed up just a day later. He did a wonderful job and was very kind and communicative. I am very pleased with LawnStarter and Steven who took care of everything!
Thomas always shows up on time and keeps me informed when he'll be here and sometimes he will even come early which has worked out well so far, his polite, thorough, and fast sometimes I don't even know he is done until I go outside. I would definitely recommend Thomas.
