These guys were awesome. Furnace ignitor burnt out and due to age of the part, it wasn't readily available anymore. However, Matt was quick to offer a part that would work and that they had in stock. Extremely knowledgeable! After purchasing the part over the phone these guys even left the part in a pick up location because I wasn't going to be able to get to the store until after they were closed. Again, just great knowledge and customer service which is extremely hard to come by now and days.

Dealt with the owner Matt he helped me pick out a Rinnai tankless hot water heater. I did the install myself and it had a bad part. Tried dealing with the issue with only Rinnai but since I did the install myself couldn't find someone to service the part. Waited on hold for hours and many phone calls. One call to Krell and they said they would order the part and have an installer call me when it comes in to get it fixed. That's how great customer service works. They came recommended by a family member and now I see why!
