Krell had the parts l needed when no one else could help me. l can't say enough good about the service l received when no one else would help me when my furnace was not working in sigle digit temperatures.

Very helpful owner, well stocked with parts and plumbing accessories. Saturday hours which you didn't see too often with this type of business. Owner lets you examine equipment before buying.

These guys were awesome. Furnace ignitor burnt out and due to age of the part, it wasn't readily available anymore. However, Matt was quick to offer a part that would work and that they had in stock. Extremely knowledgeable! After purchasing the part over the phone these guys even left the part in a pick up location because I wasn't going to be able to get to the store until after they were closed. Again, just great knowledge and customer service which is extremely hard to come by now and days.
