They go out of their way to make sure you are happy with the service you receive. I had a friend who received a bad haircut elsewhere and they got her in the next day and were able to restyle her hair . Because of the great service she received they have gained a new customer. Drake was amazing! He fit me in last minute. He gave me a hair consult and gave me suggestions. He listened to what I had to say; then I gave him free reign. He did an amazing job cutting my hair. I've never had a better experience!
