Nathan and Gannon were outstanding. Thanks to the ladies in the office, I was able to get an appointment quickly. Nathan came and properly identified the problem (I had misidentified it), and then he solved it expertly. He got the pests' entrances and exits and killed their nest. I couldn't be there, so my father was, and Nathan carefully explained all of the treatment details to my father in person and then to me over the telephone. He further explained what to expect over the next several days and what to look for. Gannon's was great to do business with, specifically Noel who was knowledgeable and an absolute pro about the situation we had at our home with bees that got under our siding and into a front wall (and our basement). We were extremely impressed with the job he did, including telling us what he was doing every step of the way. Thank you Noel!
Kris shared all his knowledge with me and recommended how to keep them out once he finished his work. I knew Gannon was the name to trust and they did not disappoint. Hopefully I do not need to call them again but if another nest of bees try to take over I will call them right away.
